You are dreaming and in your dreams theres a boat, a smooth beat and a good friend with you and you are rapping lines like ‘…life changing young brother like DMT, eye opening mothersucker like LSD…’ then you wake up. A Melbourne based collective of talented artists who reside in the cool summer breeze of Melbourne’s flourishing music scene, Hudson James Jnr and Hancoq are featured in the dreamy summer time visuals. AINTNO stopping a young brother who’s presence is reminiscent of DMT.

Fuck the Radio Collective experimental beatsmith Flow has teamed up with our visual artist friend Chronic Sans from the amazing Melbourne-based Spacewalk collective to put together a clip for the wonky track A Soul’s Journey.
You can catch both of them in action, as well as a huge line-up of other great locals for Spacewalk’s Spring Break Party free across 2 venues.

One of my favourite local young Melbourne artists, Wintercoats released the soothing EP Heartful in April as a ‘name your price’ download via Bandcamp.
Wintercoats will be performing at the Yes Please 2nd Birthday Party happening in Melbourne on July 18 at The Worker’s Club with live sets in the band room from artists on the Yes Please artists I’lls, Fishing, Wintercoats, Guerre and The Townhouses. Plus DJ sets in the front bar from Oscar Key Sung, Andras Fox, Simon Winkler, Tim Shiel and Adam Christou.
