Shlohmo is a legend, taking the art of a ‘dubstep drop’ to a whole new level. There’s something almost acidic about it, like an acid-meets-hip-hop hybrid, the sounds coming out of the Wu Tang Clan’s mouths if Aphex Twin and Skream were spit-roasting them rhythmically one at a time.
